Our Mission is to inspire young leadership potential, giving teens the confidence they need to believe in themselves and succeed on any career path they choose.
Innovative Martial Arts started with the goal of teaching confidence and leadership through martial arts. The Leadership Development program steps off the mat, it is holding to our mission of building confidence and inspiring leadership.
The Innovative Leadership Development program came out of a need to bring real world, practical skills to the next generation that fell further behind as a result of the pandemic. Skills that will apply in any business, at any time, and give kids the confidence that they can create their own future.
This program is open to anyone age 12-17 who wants to get a head start in life.
Even if your goals are not entrepreneurial in nature, this program will cover all of the key skills required in any business and teach you to look at things from a business owners point of view. This will allow you to position yourself in any business as a valuable asset and climb the ladder faster.
This program runs year round, but is broken into modules that cycle. Please contact us for the next module start date to get started.
Classes run Saturday afternoons from 1:45-3:15pm.
The last couple years have really set kids back in terms of many social & communication skills.
Our program is designed to teach them communication, sales & negotiation, leadership, money management and more.
Someone who understands these skills has the ability to be a valuable asset to any business, or even create their own. They learn to think creatively, make decisions, seek & accept responsibility and be confident in their ability to become self-sufficient.
Leaders and entrepeneurs must be able to make decisions and solve problems. Encourage independent decision making and problem solving and allow them to succeed on their own, fail on their own and get back up after a failure on their own.
Every successful entrepreneur took risks to get where they are. Help your kids see that taking risks can lead to big rewards. Teaching kids the value of risk-taking can help them become more confident and independent. It can also help them learn to make good decisions and to deal with failure.
None at all. Our program is ongoing, and you can cancel at any time. If after the first session your teen decides this is not a program that they wish to continue just let us know and we will issue a full refund.
